Natural Man

Much has been said Black men, and their reactions to our natural hair renaissance.  Across the country, their responses run the gamut from enthusiastic to pitchfork bearing hatred.  But what about brothers who choose to rock natural styles? How do women * really* feel about that?

Black men seem to be natural by default.  Though, I suspect there are still plenty secretly using texturing kits to get them silky waves (I see you Diddy, take that, take that) I’m not just talking about caesars and locs and the balding man’s natural of choice, the smooth dome.

What about men who’ve fully embraced versatility of their kinks? How do you feel about men with sky high ‘fros?  Or thick Natty dreds that look like they should come with a spliff attached? Would you bring a dude home to meet mama if his twists looked better than yours?

What about a Mr. T style mohawk? I pity the fool that can’t make that much gold look manly…(your move Trinidad James)

My current favorite natural man’s style is New York Knick Iman Shumpert.   His high top fade is everything to me, if no other reason than I hear Salt N’ Pepa’s “Shake Your Thang” every time I see that scrumptious young morsel sitting on the bench. (fans self)
